The Party hat fiend is a fiend created by Vendetta.
Description[]
The fiend appears in "Charlotte's Birthday". It was made by Vendetta to eat Charlotte. It looks like a party hat with a pair of eyes and a mouth where the hole in the bottom is. Vendetta offered to Charlotte to wear the party hat, but Charlotte declined this offer because it would cover up her birthday ribbon. Soon after, Charlotte unwrapped the Present fiend under prompt by Vendetta and put the party hat fiend on it. The party hat fiend ate the present fiend, ate through the table and through the ground.
The fiend appears on the boat in "The End of All Things".
