Mr. Gumpit is the clerk for the Giant Pet Supplies store and presumably the owner. He lives in fear of Vendetta, like the rest of the people of Clamburg. He always has supplies for Vendetta's animal-like fiends.
Due to his fear of Vendetta, he is shown to be rather jumpy as whenever someone enters the shop he immediately becomes scared and ducks behind his desk.

- He is voiced by Dave Wasson and was credited as "store clerk" in his first appearance.
