The Dad fiend was a fiend created by Vendetta in the episode "Parents" as a substitute parent for Charlotte's father. He has to pretend to be the Mom Fiend's wife. He wears a blue mustache as a disguise, and is the second to develop feelings for Charlotte. The fiend was voiced by Dave Wasson.
